Damon has worked in the horticulture industry for the past 15 years gaining experience in all facets of organic glasshouse and aquaculture production. Initially involved with crop production he has progressed through to managerial and administrative roles. He is currently Accounts Manager for Green Camel and assists with business planning and financial management. Damon has been involved with Green Camel from day one and has seen the company continue to expand and grow from its humble beginnings at Cobbitty and gains great satisfaction knowing that he is involved with such a worthwhile project.
