Daniel completed his Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Adelaide, majoring in management and marketing. Throughout his degree, he worked extensively with promotional agencies around Australia, to encourage brand recognition and sales. This involved actively engaging with the public to deliver a memorable experience with the featured products. From this, he began managing extremely fast-paced recreational centres, such as Bounce Inc. and Tree Climb, managing teams of up to 60 employees through daily operations. Key responsibilities included staff development, injury management and daily risk assessments. This has allowed Daniel to transition smoothly into his career at Green Camel, where he is currently the Labour Manager and Glasshouse Supervisor. He is focused on inspiring a healthy workplace culture to ultimately drive efficiency and productivity to satisfy the budget projections for the glasshouse.
